Ali Qureshi is a seasoned architect with a rich educational background, holding both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Architecture. His expertise not only encompasses architectural design but also extends to managing construction projects, ensuring their successful execution from schematic design to construction phase services.

As the Principal of Ali Qureshi Architect LLC, Ali has demonstrated his business acumen by managing a diverse architectural practice that caters to a wide range of clients, from residential to commercial and industrial sectors. His responsibilities span from design development, construction drawings, and project management to code analysis. This diverse portfolio is a testament to his adaptability and ability to cater to various client needs.

Ali's experience as the Director of Architecture at Dahn & Krieger Architects Planners PC further solidified his skills in construction supervision and management of CAD operations. Additionally, his role as a Consultant for Habitat for Humanity reflects his commitment to community service and his ability to handle project analysis, site supervision, and volunteer work.

Vice President/Director of Architecture

Mehboob Bangash is a seasoned Registered Architect & Infrastructure Planner with an impressive 25-year journey in Project Management. His portfolio boasts a diverse range of projects, including infrastructure, residential, retail, commercial, and institutional facilities. Mehboob's expertise lies in master planning, ensuring that projects not only meet client aspirations but also adhere to the highest industry standards.

His dedication to excellence is evident in his meticulous approach to design and planning. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality, Mehboob ensures that projects are executed seamlessly, from conception to completion.

Through collaborations with both local and international clients, Mehboob has garnered a reputation for managing multifaceted projects with finesse. His experience encompasses everything from spearheading large-scale investment projects to championing sustainable design solutions and ensuring building code compliance.

Vice President/Director of Urban Planning

Neelam Mehboob is a seasoned urban planner and architect, bringing a wealth of experience in both regional and city development projects. Her expertise in master planning is evident in her ability to craft comprehensive plans that not only address the evolving needs of modern cities but also seamlessly integrate with their historical roots. In addition to her planning acumen, Neelam possesses a keen architectural design sensibility, enabling her to envision and bring to life structures that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally robust. Her unique blend of skills in urban planning and architectural design, combined with her commitment to sustainable practices, positions her as a distinguished professional in the field of urban development.

Vice President/Operations

David Cejku  has twenty years of experience in residential and commercial construction and he is an expert in the interior/retail renovation industry. He has served as a Project Executive, Project Manager, and Construction Manager throughout his career. His constributions have been instrumental in the successful completion of multi-family developments, as well as the renovations of corporate and medical offices, retail stores, and showrooms.
As the Director of Field Operations, he is involved in projects from their preliminary stages, engaging in all design phases through project closeout, providing senior level management on all project specific construction activities.
Mr. Cejku acively participates in project meetings and collaborates with owners, architects and consultants. He supervises all field activities and reviews monthly requisitions, cost reports, and project schedules.

Vice President/Director of Construction

Ardi Koka has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, with a diverse construction background encompassing residential, commercial, industrial, and heavy construction. Throughout his career, he has held different positions, including Project Engineer, Superintendent, Estimator, Project Manager and Program Manager.  

Mr. Koka has expertly completed multimillion-dollar projects by effectively managing trades and fostering strong working relationships with clients, design teams, construction trades, and city officials. He has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in leading construction teams and accomplishing challenging projects with success.
