Project Feasibility Studies
The first step in determining a schedule, budget and scope of work for a project is the Feasibility Study. AGG supports clients in the early stages of a project to prevent wasting valuable time and resources.
Project Conceptual Design
Upon the completion of the Feasibility Study, the Design Team will develop the Conceptual Design, compiling appropriate documents for the schedule, budget and project scope. AGG provides expert support in design, scheduling and budgeting.
Project Pre-Construction
We recognize that the Pre-Construction phase is a crucial point of the project, therefore, AGG participates in the Pre-construction process, determining the right course for a successful delivery. American Global Group will work to ensure the design team adheres to the established project parameters.
Project Budgeting and Estimating
Budgeting and Estimating are based on the scope of work. AGG offers rigorous estimates for design and construction documents, tracking costs throughout Preconstruction Phase, ensuring the project aligns with the investors' budget.
Project Value Engineering
With expert guidance, AGG provides superb Value Engineering throughout the design and construction process of a building. This involves drawing review, material submittal review, and construction methods to establish the most cost effective approach, without compromising safety and quality.
Scheduling
AGG's scheduling methods provide a detailed listing of all project requirements and their durations, establishing the sequential order in which these tasks must proceed. The company determines a critical path, considering required approvals, utilities, long lead items and other complex considerations.
Project Bidding and Award
During this process, AGG determines the most effective building methods and practices in terms of cost and time. The company takes the lead in selecting the most qualified contractors for the project.
Project Phasing and Logistics
AGG determines how work will be completed in the field, in occupied buildings, or industrial facilities. The company assists the Construction and Design Team in preparing a site logistics plan, identifying the best site access, material staging, and parking to minimize distuption. Phasing of the work is often needed to avoind delays and maintain fluent operations.
Project Construction
The Construction phase is crucial, requiring all contractors to provide required documents prior to commencing work. AGG oversees all submittals and reviews, ensuring compliance from start to Substantial Completion. The company coordinates third-party oversights and facilitates weekly progress meeetings. AGG services include scheduling, daily reports and progress tracking, submittal and RFI processing, managing all changes and analyzing added cost, meeting minutes, correspondence, and trade relationships.
Closeout Documents
At the end of each project, AGG submits Closeout Documents when the project has reached the Substantial Completion milestone. Closeout includes completion of punch-list, warranties, operating manuals, and equipment training as required. AGG manages the process for a smooth transition.
